| Carnival in Tobago - It is much smaller than Carnival in Trinidad, but has a more community atmosphere. |
| MARCH |
| This is when the turtle season begins from now until July, endangered turtles return to ancestral beaches to lay their eggs in the sand. |
| APRIL |
| Time for the Famous goat and crab racing competitions at Buccoo on Easter Tuesday, and at Mount Peasant the day before. Buccoo has a special race track for this event: the jockeys guide their groom and beribboned charges with rope and stick. This is also the time for the Carib International Game Fishing Tournament at Pigeon Point. |

| Tobago's annual Regatta, sponsored by Angostura and Yachting World magazine, is held in mid-May and involves for days of heady racing |
| JUNE |
| Celebration of the Fishing Industry on the 29th, St. Patrick's day St. Peter being the patron saint of fishermen), is a time of big celebration: one of the biggest events is in Charlotteville. |

| The Great Race is an annual power boat classic - one of the longest running in the world - which starts at the yacht club in Trinidad and ends at Store Bay in Tobago. |

| Tobago Fest - parade of bands, calypso and steel bands, plus art and historical exhibitions and fetes. This is also the month of the annual Carib Tobago Cycling Festival. |

| The sea festival at Mount Irvine is a family day with all sorts of activities on the beach. |
