Windows 10 installation files already loading onto Windows 7 and 8 PCs

It is 11am EST and Microsoft has snook the new Windows 10 setup files onto my Windows 8.1 enabled laptop pc. It came as an absolute surprise because I don't quite recall reserving a copy of the operating system.

I was really waiting to see what the outcome of the upgrade would have been through the many Youtube videos which will no doubt saturate the internet within a few hours on the installation and whatever outcomes.

Microsoft has decided to download most of the required files to compatible systems ahead of the 12am July 29, 2015 activation date. The setup files when clicked, starts the upgrade process but suddenly stops as it still requires installation file boot.wim, which I'm sure will be loaded to my laptop sometime today.

According to my pc, the size of the file on disk is 4.69 GB and was created July 10, 2015. Right clicking the Get Windows 10 icon states that my copy was reserved, and I will receive notification when Windows 10 is ready to install.
